Australia Post is our main postal carrier. We dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery, which depends on your destination and chosen service. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or carrier delays. We’ll email your tracking details once your order is on its way.
Standard delivery is A$12 for orders below A$100 and complimentary for orders of A$100 or more. Express delivery is A$15. Our usual dispatch time also applies to express orders.
Standard delivery is NZ$15 below NZ$150 and complimentary for orders of NZ$150 or more. Express delivery is NZ$25.
We deliver to New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Delivery to other countries may also be possible. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email info@d-lux.com.au and we’ll help you explore the options.
