Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If your item arrives faulty or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days so our team can review it and help with the next steps.
Return shipping depends on the original order. If your order received complimentary shipping, return shipping will be at the customer’s cost. If you paid for shipping on your original order, DLUX will cover return shipping for eligible approved returns.
